What are my options?

Jetpets saves you the hassle of trying to understand quarantine and customs requirements, booking flights and pet motels, getting lost at the airport and trying to work out what size and type of capsule to use.

You can choose from a number of options that take the hassle out of international pet travel, including a complete door to door service:

• Your Pet Travel Consultant books your pet on the most direct flights, and provides you with a comprehensive itinerary, detailed information about your destinations quarantine and customs requirements and advice about any vaccinations your pet may require – they can even arrange for the Jetpets Vet to visit your home and give your pet any vaccinations it needs.
• On the day of departure our specially fitted and air-conditioned Pet Shuttle collects your pet from your home and transports it to the Jetpets Transit Lounge
• In the Transit Lounge, the Jetpets Vet gives all pets a quick check-up to ensure they’re fit to travel
• Your Pet Travel Consultant checks the flights are on time, prior to the Pet Shuttle transporting them to the airport and checking them in with the airline
• Once your pet has cleared quarantine at your destination, a Jetpets representative collects your pet and delivers it where and when you want, in a safe and comfy pet shuttle. If need be, we can even arrange pet motel accommodation.

Not just cats and dogs
